- Power Off: Turn off the printer.
- Hold Feed/Reset: Press and hold the "Feed" button (or a pinhole "Reset" button).
- Power On: While holding the button, turn the printer back on.
- Release: Keep holding for 5–10 seconds until lights blink or it begins to print a status/diagnostic report, then release.
- Reconfigure: The printer will restart with factory default settings, which may require re-pairing it with your POS system.
